Functional tests
Functional tests!
Recording of up to 3 successive fragments with comparative analysis and automatic interpretation.

Main Features:

  • Recording of 200 to 650 R-R intervals from I or II ECG leads;
  • Recording of respiratory wave signal from a special sensor;
  • Evaluation of the functional tests, e.g. orthostatic and respiratory;
  • Storage and automatical analyses of recorded ECG;
  • HRV parameters calculation according to the Heart Rate Variability: Standards of Measurement, Physiological Interpretation, and Clinical Use;
  • Detailed automatic interpretation of sympathetic/parasympathetic balance, including the results of functional tests;
  • Automatic selection of ECG strips with rhythm disorder;
  • Convenient tools for complex rhythm disorder analysis;
  • Individual setup of calculating parameters.

Automatic analysis

Automatic analysis
  • Automatic detection of extrasystoles and classification of their type;
  • Calculation of mathematical parameters (statistical, wave, combined and differential);
  • Automatic interpretation including information about the rhythm type, rhythm disorders, sympathetic/ parasympathetic balance;
  • Correlation between spirogram and HF waves.

Tools for detailed HRV analysis

Tools for detailed HRV analyses
  • Review of recorded ECG;
  • Scattergram for complex rhythm disorder analysis;
  • Rhythmogram with extrasystoles, marked with different colors depending on their types;
  • Waves power distribution diagram in three frequency bands;
  • Graph of rhythmogram in three frequency bands and spirogram;
  • The RR-intervals distribution diagram for all record, for record with excluded extrasystols and for extrasystols only;
  • The change of FFT's parameters for detailed wave structure analysis.

Functional tests

up
During the rhythmogram recording you can mark up to three fragments, which will be analyzed separately and compared with each other. It allows active orthostatic, respiratory and other tests to be performed. Functional tests
Continuity of the recording process makes it possible to analyze transient process that is especially important for such type examinations (e.g. for adaptational characteristics of the organism).

In case of active orthostatic test or respiratory test the quality evaluation and automatical interpretation of these tests are provided.
