The pulse wave analysis can detect changes very early, and is non-invasive, very easy to use, and one of the most economical techniques!

For the registration of the dynamics of blood supply to the cranial-cerebral cavity the best of ex-isting methods is electro-plethysmography (EPG) (in American literature: impedance plethys-mography; in Austrian and German literature: rheography) which is based on an analysis of variation in the electrical conductivity of the tissues.

Main Features:

Allows carrying out of following examinations:
- Rheovasography is used for the evaluation of peripheral circulation, vascular tone, venous system and collateral blood flow;
- Rheoencephalography is used for the evaluation of intracranial circulation, vasculature disorders occurring due to atherosclerosis, hypertension etc.;
- Integral rheovasography is used for the evaluation of stroke volume, cardiac output, vascular tone and etc.;
Simultaneous record of 4 impedance signals, ECG lead and phonocardiogram;
Digital control of device, including a mode adults / children;
Storage of rheograms in patients electronic case, data exchange within the network.

Rheo Analyses Software

Rheo analyses software includes:

automatic selection of a baseline and leveling of the ECG and Rheo curves by the points of the systolic wave beginning;
automatic placing of the reference points on ECG and Rheo curves;
rheography parameters calculation. The program calculates the line, time, speed and volume values (about 50 parameters);
automatic interpretation of calculated values.

Working with the program the physician can:

select the set of parameters for every day work and save this list;
review rheograms in any combination, change the representative cycle for computer processing;
control of fixed points placing by differential curve, ECG, and in complex cases by phonocardiogram;
compare the parameters within the frameworks of one examination and during the long-term monitoring.
